Ingredients

  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 meringues
  • 1 handful strawberries
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • Vanilla sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod

How it’s done

The Swiss answer to tiramisu
Wash the strawberries and then mix well with the icing sugar, a splash of lemon juice and the seeds from the vanilla pod. Mix 2/3 of the fruit purée with the mascarpone, add the vanilla sugar and stir well. Crush half a meringue into a glass and drizzle over some fruit purée, then add two spoons of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat this two or three times. Garnish the tiramisu to taste to finish.
