Ingredients

  • 1 packet Mozzarella
  • 750 g agria potatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 180 g Mehl
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  •  
  • 2 tomatoes cut into small cubes
  • 1 spring onion
  • lemon zest from one lemon
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper
  • Fresh basil

How it’s done

Delicate, easy-to-make gnocchi
Gnocchi: Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water until soft. Drain and let them dry. Mash the potatoes into a purée, mix with the egg and season to taste. Add the flour and knead into a dough. Roll out the dough and cut into small, even pieces. Fill the gnocchi with the diced mozzarella. Roll them by hand and cook in salted boiling water. As soon as the gnocchi float to the surface, they are ready.
Salsa: Mix all the ingredients together. Season to taste and serve.
