Ingredients

For 4 people

  • 120 g Züger Filona Cream Cheese Nature, straight from the fridge
  • 100 g organic smoked salmon, straight from the fridge
  • ½ bunch of chervil or dill for decoration
  • Crackers, should be slightly sweet, never very salty

How it’s done

Step 1:
Puree the smoked salmon and Filona Cream Cheese Nature and fill into a piping bag.

Tip: If you don't have a piping bag to hand, you can fill the mixture into a cling bag and cut off a tip for piping.

Step 2:
Pipe the salmon mousse onto crackers and garnish with dill or chervil.

Recipe notes:
The morsels can either be prepared & served immediately, alternatively you can place the salmon mousse in a piping bag in the fridge for a few hours and pipe onto the crackers just before serving. If the mixture is very cool, it will set. It should therefore be taken out of the fridge approx. 15-25 minutes before piping.
