Ingredients

Gnocchi:

  • 700 g potato gnocchi
  • 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • Pepper

Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 dl white wine
  • 300 g gorgonzola
  • 150 g Filona Cream Cheese Nature
  • 2-3 large pears

How it’s done

Step 1: Cut the onions into fine strips. Peel and core the pears and cut into small pieces.

Step 2: Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onions briefly, add the wine and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3: Add the gnocchi to the pan and fry for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the parsley, shake dry and chop finely.

Step 4: Divide the gorgonzola into coarse pieces, add to the gnocchi and stir in. Add the Filona Cream Cheese Nature and mix well. Now add the pear pieces to the pan and let everything simmer together over a low heat for a few minutes.

Step 5: Remove the pan from the heat, arrange the gnocchi with the gorgonzola and pears on a plate, sprinkle with parsley and season with pepper.
