Ingredients

  • 1 packet Mozzarella Bufala
  • Mozzarella brine
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 red peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 4 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 approx. slices bread
  • Salt, pepper

How it’s done

Simple and healthy cold vegetable soup.

Blend all the ingredients together until they make a fine soup.

Psst: for those who like it a little spicier, add a bit of chilli!
