How it’s done

A true taste of spring.

Cut the sun-dried tomatoes in half. Alternately thread the mozzarella balls, sun-dried tomatoes and cherry tomatoes onto the skewers. Pick the basil leaves off of the stems and finely chop them. Combine the lemon juice and olive oil to create a marinade, then add the chopped basil leaves.

Marinate the skewers and dress the mixed greens with the marinade. Arrange the skewers in glasses or on plates with a bit of salad.
