Ingredients

  • 12 toothpicks
  • 350 g squash (e.g. butternut squash)
  • tbsp oil
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 50 g Filona of your choice
  • 2 slices of raw ham
  • 4 sage leaves
  • 4 pinches of onion sprouts

How it’s done

Preheat oven to 200°C. Peel the squash and cut into 12 equal-sized cubes of about 2-3 cm each. Place squash cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle with oil and salt. Bake in the middle of a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. Spread a little Filona of your choice on each squash dice. Garnish with half slices of raw ham, rolled sage leaves or onion sprouts. Prick with a toothpick.
