From the initial inspection conducted when the milk arrives to the moment the finished products are sent out for delivery: quality is Züger’s top priority. That’s why the Oberbüren site has the entire production chain under its roof, including microbiological and physiochemical quality controls for all products.
In addition, the entire production process meets the highest standards for hygiene. In order to guarantee a high level of food safety at all times and to prevent any product contamination, these standards are consistently maintained by all employees.
Züger makes investments that specifically target product quality – and monitors this using the latest analysis and measurement techniques. Züger products are made in accordance with clear guidelines stipulated by agricultural and industrial certification programmes.
