‘MozzaVella’ is a true innovation – it’s the first vegan mozzarella ball in brine on the market. Made from almonds and oats, it is a 100% plant-based alternative for vegans and customers who want to consume less dairy products. ‘MozzaVella’ can be used just like the original mozzarella – in cold dishes for preparing a Caprese salad and other cold delicacies, or in warm dishes such as pasta, pizza and baked dishes. It can also be used in snacks such as paninis, pita bread and sandwiches. So there are no bounds to your culinary creativity!
‘MozzaVella’ isn’t just something for die-hard vegetarians. Consumers who are lactose-intolerant, are sensitive to gluten or have celiac disease can easily integrate this product into their diet, as it is free from lactose and gluten.
