Gorgonzola pears tarte flambée vegetarian

Ingredients

  • 4 pcs. Pears
  • 100 g red onions
  • 400g Filona cream cheese Nature
  • 200 g. Gorgonzola
  • 50 g. Honey
  • pinch of salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 80 g. tree nuts
  • 100 g grapes
  • 80 g pear chutney
  • (fig or apricot chutney would also fit)

Recipe for 4 people

Preheat oven to 240 degrees. Peel, core and finely slice the pears. Likewise, peel the onions, halve them and cut them into fine rings. Chop tree nuts with a knife. Put Filona cream cheese and Gorgonzola in a bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the cream cheese and gorgonzola mixture evenly on the dough. Then top with pears, onions and the tree nuts and place in the preheated oven.
Bake the tarte flambée in the oven at 240 degrees for 10 minutes. Now pour the grapes and the pear chutney over the freshly baked tarte flambée. Other chutney variations can also be used. If you like it a bit spicier, you can also use fig mustard. The finished vegetarian tarte flambée is best enjoyed warm.
