As part of the succession plan, a successor to Christof Züger as CEO of Züger Frischkäse AG (ZFK) in Oberbüren is being sought for the end of 2024. The position of Managing Director/CEO is being publicly advertised with immediate effect. It will be handled by the personnel recruitment agency called in, Meister Executive Search AG, Berne/Zurich.
Christof Züger will remain on the Board of Directors of Züger Frischkäse AG, as will his brother Markus Züger. After the handover, Christof Züger will take over the group management and focus on the strategy and corporate development of the locations Oberbüren (CH), Kisslegg (DE) and Hawangen (DE).
