Cheese from wind energy

On Wednesday, 07 September 2022, we inaugurated our first wind turbine on the 25-metre-high roof of our company headquarters in Oberbüren and immediately put it into operation. Invited guests from the community and the economy were present. We have thus reached another milestone on the way to fresh cheese production with renewable energies. In terms of energy efficiency and sustainability, we have already done a lot and still have a lot to do!
